What types of products can you decorate?
We can decorate a variety of products including t-shirts, hats, hoodies, uniforms, polos, safety gear, fire-resistant clothing, promotional items, and much more. If you have something specific in mind, feel free to ask! We’re happy to work with your needs.

How much does custom apparel cost?
Every project is unique, so pricing depends on things like the type of item, design details, and especially quantity. The more you order, the better the price per piece. We’ll get to know your project and walk you through the best options for your budget.
Do you have order minimums?
No, we do not require a minimum order. While ordering in larger quantities is more cost-effective, we offer decoration methods that make it possible to customize even a single item. Whether you need one shirt or one thousand, we’ll help you find what works for your project.
Do you offer services for big events or company-wide orders?
Yes, we specialize in custom apparel for businesses, organizations, schools, and large events. We also offer online stores to make the ordering process simple and stress-free for everyone involved.
What is your turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time is 10 business days, but we typically get orders done even faster! If you have a specific deadline in mind, reach out and we’ll let you know if it’s possible.
Can you decorate items I bring in?
We generally don’t decorate customer-supplied items. Retail garments often aren’t made for decoration, and we can’t guarantee the results. All of our products are made to be decorated and fully guaranteed. We also have access to a wide range of trusted brands and can usually find a similar option at a better value.
Can you help me with my logo or graphic design?
Yes, we can help with your logo or design. Our in-house artist can create something from scratch or fine-tune your existing artwork. We offer personalized design support to make sure your final product looks just the way you want it!
What file types do you need for artwork?
Vector files are best for print quality, including formats like .AI, .EPS, .PDF, or .SVG. That said, we can work with almost any file type. If you’re not sure what you have, just send it our way and we’ll help you sort it out.
What are your payment terms?
We require a 50 percent deposit when the order is approved, with full payment due before pickup or delivery. We accept credit cards, debit cards, checks, electronic transfers, and cash! For established clients or approved accounts, we may offer payment terms upon request.
What areas do you serve?
We’re based in Meridian, Idaho, and create custom apparel for the entire Treasure Valley, including Boise, Nampa, and Caldwell. We also ship nationwide, so no matter where you’re located, we can get your order to you!
